Any changes to the Terms are effective upon posting to this Site. If you disagree with the Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of this Site. As such these Terms shall be considered legally binding and shall govern your use of the Site, as well as your purchase of any Company products.

Use of Services

Company (Live Natural), may provide certain services through the Site or other websites controlled by Company. Such services may require that you agree to additional terms and conditions applicable to such services. Those terms and conditions will, unless otherwise expressly stated in such terms, supersede these Terms in the event of a conflict only as to the services with respect to which those terms relate.

This Site is not intended for children under the age of 18. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SITE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. By using this Site, you affirm that you are over the age of 18. Company does not seek through this Site to gather personal information from or about children under the age of 18.

Card protection

The approving Merchant Bank only, has access to your credit card information. Live Natural does not save credit card information, nor does company have access to credit cards put into system. Company has a no monthly recurring charge policy. Live Natural will never auto-bill your credit card. All orders are date-time purchases.

Payment Authorization
You hereby authorize Company (Live Natural) to charge your credit card, as per terms described herein.
A. You acknowledge that you accurately entered your information into the shop page.
B. You hereby agree and authorize Company to charge your credit card or payment other means of payment, per the terms you have agreed to herein.
C. You consent electronically via Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
D. You agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred by you.
E. You will not hold Company responsible for any overdraft charges or fees which you might incur due to billing.

SALES TAX
If you purchase any Products available on our websites, you will be responsible for paying any sales tax (California residents) indicated on the Web Site.

Refund Policy

Live natural backs it's products with a 60 day refund policy. Just return the unused portion of the product in original packaging to the company address on your packaging, or Live Natural,1804 Garnet Ave, Suite 662, San Diego, Ca. 92109, and receive a full fund.

SHIPPING TERMS
We ship your products First class or standard priority mail service, shipped via the services of the United States Postal Service. With our Expedited Priority Processing Option (if available), we will make your shipment our priority and ship your package out the next business day. (Packages should arrive within three to five (3-5) business days) dependent on your location. Major or larger cities normal shipping receipt 3-4 days. Rural areas may take longer dependent on your carrier. Please note that shipments are not sent out on Sunday, or any Holidays.
